We Offer FREE Delivery to the UK on Orders Over £25

We are closed on weekends and public holidays and deliveries will not be made on bank holidays. During these times orders will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods orders may take longer than the estimated timeframes. Next Day Delivery is only available on orders placed before 1pm and between Monday - Thursday.

After making your order, a page will be displayed confirming that the order was received. An email confirming receipt of the order will also be sent to you shortly after the order is submitted. If an order was not shipped, was incorrectly shipped, is missing a product or contains a damaged or defective item, you should contact It’s a 10 Haircare Online Customer Service by email at info@itsa10haircare.co.uk for assistance. Please allow 7-14 business days. It’s a 10 Haircare isn’t responsible for any unforeseen or Force Majeure events.


It’s a 10 Haircare will only accept unopened, undamaged products purchased on the website within 14 days of Buyers receipt of product via the E Commerce Store. Products purchased on the E-Store cannot be returned to a It’s a 10 Haircare distributor nor to a salon which sells It’s a 10 Haircare products.

If a product purchased on the E-Store is defective, you should contact It’s a 10 Haircare Online Customer Service by email at info@itsa10haircare.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of product. In order to process its request, the customer shall provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.
